Here are some people we have helped.
Finding a property that meets your needs as a person who is disabled, in the right area and at a price you can afford is now made easier through Walsall Adapted Housing Service.
In the past you were reliant on having access to a telephone or the internet so that you could be in contact constantly with housing providers to see if they had anything to suit you.
The beauty of WAHS is that we ring you. Once you are registered through a medical practitiioner we can put you on our database, and match you as and when a property becomes available. We are a matching service, independent of other waiting lists.
Your application is made to the Walsall Adapted Housing Service by a relevant agency. Your details are then entered onto the register and at the same time our housing partners inform the service of any vacant adapted properties within the borough.
